I joined the U.S. Air Force at 18 and directly went and got a guitar tattoo.  Designed by myself, with the word ACE in the middle, because my obsession with ACE's style ... my mom always called me Ace - still does! I would spend my time in the garage practicing guitar with headphones plugged into my amp.  I never really copied anyone's music note for note because I was always trying to make my own music ... had enough songs bouncing around in my own head; therefore, I taught myself how to play guitar, the drums, and keyboard.  I have a hand injury from a car accident so I don't get to play much; however, again, my kids are starting to show an interest in music and are starting to be able to carry a beat.  I am now looking forward to teaching them the basics of Rock N Roll - with a strong KISS influence of course.
